The Ultra Lightweight UA Threadborne Fortis Running Shoe Is Here

With the latest in running innovation, the Under Armour Threadborne Fortis running shoe has officially landed in South Africa. Designed and built to provide cushion, comfort and support, stride after stride, the Threadborne features some of the best in sports performance technology.
A true technical running shoe, each element of the Threadborne is crafted for the perfect step. It features an embroidered upper with a spiral knit mesh for a lightweight compression-like fit that provides structure, strength and breathability. Made up of 66 000 stitches, the shoe provides strength in every direction, while an internal ankle bootie makes for a snug fit that keeps your heel in place.
In the durable midsole there’s a dual-layer Charged Cushioning feature that combines compression-moulded foam and an injection-moulded foam to absorb impact and convert it into a powerful, responsive burst with each step. The outsole meanwhile allows flexibility in key areas so your foot doesn’t feel restricted.
The lightweight yet powerful athlete’s running shoe will be available from November 2017 at Under Armour stores in Menlyn, Mall of Africa, Sandton City and the V&A Waterfront for R2 199.
