The Table Bay is Now Hosting Mini 5-Star Chef Birthday Parties for Children

Designed to give budding cooks the ideal way to celebrate their birthday, these workshops are a must book for any parent looking for a kid’s birthday party with a difference.
The perfect combination of food, fun and learning in inspiring, delicious ways, the Table Bay’s new Mini Chef birthday parties offer an interactive experience for kids who love to learn new things. Through the workshops, the hotels expert culinary team aims to open children’s eyes to the wonders of food and interesting techniques of food preparation and cooking. Under the guidance of the culinary team, the 2-hour workshop will invite kids to prepare a special pre-selected meal that they then get to take home along with a recipe card and an apron.
If your kid loves the workshop, the great news is they can book a party again and again and learn a whole new set of skills each time. There are a wide range of parties to choose from and children will learn skills like chocolate tempering, dough techniques, cake icing, and pastry and hot dish preparation. In addition to these all-important cooking techniques, little chefs will also be thought the basics like healthy cooking, environmental sustainability, as well as how to stay safe in the kitchen.
