The Pole Project Studio Moves to Woodstock with New Classes to Boot

Pole dancing is a great way to stay fit and flexible and believe it or not, is ideal for women (and men) of any size or fitness level. If you’re interested in trying this fun and unique form of exercise, now is as good a time as any because one of Cape Town’s most well-known pole fitness studios is bigger and better than ever before! With a new home in Woodstock, The Pole Project is now offering more classes with a sophisticated new look to boot.
Following a short closure, the Cape Town pole studio has reopened in its brand new space along with an updated website and the addition of more classes to the weekly timetable. Aside from original pole fitness, exotic dance, and flex & bend programs, two additional classes, Pole Power and Pole Flow, and have been added to the schedule: Pole Power focuses on strength and conditioning, building endurance while Pole Flow combines pole movement into dance.
If you’re interested in checking out the new studio, the great news they offer a free trial class for all newbies. The free class is applicable for the Beginner Pole Fitness classes only and the studio invites those new to pole dancing to pop into the studio on Saturdays from 09:00 – 10:00 for their free session. Once you’ve tried the beginner class and love it, you attend any other beginner class at R165 per person.
