The Nice Company Opens First Ice-Cream Store In Bo-Kaap

Previously only available at local delis and select stores around the city, The Nice Company’s delicious artisanal ice-creams are loved by many a Cape Town ice cream fan. The opening of their first dedicated store is a big step for the local producers who have been manufacturing ice cream from their Westlake-based factory for 20 years.
Bo-Kaap is famous for its vibrant, colourful vibe and is considered a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists and there’s no doubt that the new Nice Cream store will add even more reasons to visit this bustling suburb. Because what could be better than exploring the small twisted cobbled roads of Bo-Kaap with a tasty icy treat in your hand?
The new store is scooping up an expansive range of incredible ice creams, sorbets and frozen yoghurts, which are all created using only the highest-quality ingredients. The best part about the brand is the wide and unique flavour range – from dark chocolate, salted peanut butter, and raspberry to rosewater, and apricot cheesecake – there’s definitely something for everyone!
But that’s not all – the menu at the Bo-Kaap store will also offer a few new exclusive flavours as well as baked treats and milkshakes for passers-by to enjoy and savour at the store or on-the-go.
