PUMA Launches Bold New Women’s Range with Cara Delevingne as the Face!

Forget boring old gym gear that helps you blend into the background – PUMA is helping women make a bold new statement in the gym and on the streets with their inspiring new campaign, ‘DO YOU’. The new campaign aims to help inspire confidence in women everywhere and encourages regular gals, like you and me, to be sassy and confident while we sweat it out. And, of course, no one does sassy and confident better than international model, actress, and activist Cara Delevingne. Which is why PUMA has chosen her as the face of this brave new campaign. Here’s a peek at the beautiful imagery from the campaign as well as the various products you can get your hands on soon!
When asked why she chose to work with PUMA on the new campaign Cara said; “To ‘DO YOU’ is to take ownership of yourself and finding the power within that ownership —it’s a very powerful statement. It’s about accepting who you are, no matter your faults,” she further explained. “I think it’s so special because it means something different for everyone. It specifically encourages people to be themselves.”
Of course, Cara embodies the PUMA Woman. She is fearless and always finding new ways to express herself. Her unapologetic attitude and inspiring defiance of the status quo will set the tone for this campaign. For this new campaign, Cara joins a powerful list of influential female ambassadors, including Rihanna, who served as the campaign’s Creative Director. Other strong women appearing in this campaign include: Mimi Staker and Olivia Boisson, of the New York City Ballet; German track and field athletes Alexandra Wester and Tatjana Pinto; and Cuban volleyball players, Leila Consuelo Ortega Martinez and Lianma Flores Stable.
As for the clothes, well the pieces look beyond fabulous. The ‘DO YOU’ campaign launches this October and will feature a wide range of products from PUMA’s Running & Training and Sportstyle collections dropping at different times throughout the campaign.
