Pretoria’s Forti Grill & Bar to Host Series of Burlesque Show
There’s nothing quite like a live dinner show to enrich your evening. Especially if said show has a hint of 1920s glamour to it. Dinner theatre lovers living in Gauteng will be thrilled to hear that Pretoria’s Forti Grill and Bar will be host a series of devilishly delicious Burlesque shows over the next few months. So, wait are you waiting for? Call the babysitter and don your finest frock!
Taking place on the first Wednesday of each month, for the next six months, Forti Grill and Bar’s Burlesque evenings will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a divine 3-course burlesque-themed dinner and theatre extravaganza they won’t soon forget. Each show promises to be unique (so you can more than once!) and will feature the talents of burlesque artists, Scarlett Moon, and her dancer partner, Zizi, accompanied by lounge-music acts, Lyndi-Lee Smith and The Dirty Pillows.
With main courses to suit every palate and Bollinger Champagne specials on promotion, what’s not to love? Indulge your senses and don’t forget to dress for the occasion. There is a strict dress code for the Burlesque evenings — evening gowns or cocktail dresses for ladies and black tie for men. What’s more; the best-dressed couple will claim a bottle of Bollinger as a prize at the end of the evening!
