One-Stop-Lifestyle-Shop, OneUp Launches in Green Point!
Great news for fitness fanatics there’s a new lifestyle centre in town and it sounds all kinds of amazing! The new OneUp Cape Town is the first of its kind in South Africa and offers visitors everything from a gym and boxing club to a nail salon, tattoo studio and coffee shop all in one amazing one-stop-shop. Situated at 39 Somerset Road, OneUp is a specialized endurance training facility of note. The space offers clients a professional progressive training environment with a variety of fitness regimes that work hand-in-hand to offer a complete body workout. Clients training at OneUp will be surrounded by expertise and are sure to reach their goals and obtain optimum results from their training. At OneUp you will find Point Break Fitness, Cape Town Fight Club and Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – all of which offer a state of the art training facility.
Clients can visit training studio, Point Break Fitness for the highest quality fitness equipment along with personal training and group class training options; Cape Town Fight Club boxing gym for group and personal training classes with a qualified instructor walking each client through the process; and Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu for a variety of martial arts classes for men, women and children. There is also a qualified Physiotherapist on-site to assist any clients with injuries.
In addition to the training facilities OneUp also offers a variety of other lifestyle offerings including free WiFi and a host of personal services for busy men and women such as a nail bar, two tattoo parlors and a tanning salon. TAGG Coffee Bar provides excellent coffee and healthy pre and post workout snacks for hungry clients; in-house nail salon, Candy Nails specialises in manicures and pedicures for both men and women; while Fake Bake offers a spray-tanning studio which caters to members and walk ins. We also love the sound of SHINK Tattoos which offers internationally acclaimed tattoo artists and custom tattoos for women only!
