The Fluère Cuban
A delicious non-alcoholic variation on the classic Cuba Libre, this cocktail is refreshing and exciting.
Ingredients:
45 ml FLUÈRE Spiced Cane
120 ml Cola
Lime wedge
Method:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice then add the FLUÈRE Spiced Cane and top with Cola.
2. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, or squeeze the lime in for extra freshness.

What to expect from Fluére
Fluère (the Latin word for ‘flow’) comes in three variants: Fluère Original, Spiced Cane or Raspberry. The Bloedlemoen Lucky League
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons (30ml) Bloedlemoen Gin
4 teaspoons (20ml) Dry vermouth
2½ teaspoons (12,5ml) lemon juice
15ml raspberry syrup (1 cup sugar, 1 cup boiling water and 10 raspberries. Shake to dissolve sugar, then chill)
20ml egg white (Pro tip: The lemon will start to “cook” the egg.)
Edible flower, for serving
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker, and shake thoroughly
2. Fine strain into a coupe or martini glass. Serve with an edible flower.

The Don Papa Manila Made
Ingredients:
50ml Don Papa rum
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Honey
4 Cucumber slices
Handful of mint
Method:
1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and gently muddle to release flavours.
2. Add ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds.
3. Double strain into ice-filled rocks glass.
4. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and mint sprig.

The Pompelmo Holiday Fizz
Ingredients:
35ml Ginato Pompelmo
Dash of elderflower syrup (or liqueur)
Dash of prosecco
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a champagne flute.
2. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
