Cooking shows are pretty much the best thing ever. No really, nothing beats watching a talented chef or cook whip up a delicious dish from scratch right in front of your eyes … while you laze about on the couch day dreaming up eating said dish! Of course, there are loads of international chefs and cooks who are super famous for their oh-so-awesome cooking shows but trying to emulate their dishes isn’t always the easiest – the ingredients are sometimes hard to come by, the oven temperatures are in gibberish, and even when you do find the ingredients here in SA they’re not always the same as the ones the chef has used. It’s enough to make a good recipe flop, and hard. But, who needs international cooking shows when we’ve got so much talent right here in SA? That’s right there are so many great local YouTubers to be discovered and right now we’re smitten with Food stylist Claire Winstanley and her new online cooking channel, Good Looking and Cooking (GLAC)! And, to show you just how talented she is we’re sharing her incredible recipe for Pineapple, Choc Chip Mini Doughnut Ice Cream Sandwiches – a must-try dessert of note!
Claire’s digital food channel is devoted to the sheer enjoyment that comes with cooking – and of course eating – really, really ridiculously good looking food that tastes even better. What’s even tastier is that all the easy to make recipes, tips, tricks and shortcuts are available for free on the Good Looking and Cooking website – eep!
