Market on Main Comes to Pretoria!

Great news for Pretoria foodies, Joburg’s super popular weekly market, Market on Main is coming to Pretoria! Market on Main announced the new market on their Facebook page and is currently calling for stall holders to apply to sell their wares at the new urban space. Keep reading for all the details on the new market space.

The second market in the Market on Main franchise will open later this year in downtown Pretoria and stall holders can apply for a stall now. Just like the Joburg market, the new Market on Main in Pretoria will open every Sunday from 10:00 – 15:00. There are no plans for a Night Market just yet but here’s hoping that soon Pretoria will also get a market on the first Thursday evening of the month from 19:00 – 23:00.

Market on Main in Joburg is well known for it’s incredible food offerings as well as its art offerings. It’s a great place to hang out on a Sunday and the market has been a huge part of the inner-city revival in Joburg. We’re sure that the new space will help do the same for the city of Pretoria and bring together food and art lovers in one super awesome space.
