Man Crush Monday: Up Close & Personal with Rugby Player Stephen Dippenaar
Professional rugby player, Stephan Dippenaar is the epitome of dark, tall and handsome. This true farm boy hails from Moreesburg in the Western Cape and after representing South Africa at the 2007 IRB Under 19 World Championships, he continued his rugby career further north with the Blue Bulls and later formed part of Paul Treu’s 12-man squad for the 2012 Hertz Sevens in Wellington, New Zealand.

What’s your idea of the perfect date?
Not necessarily a romantic date but a date where I know the girl would have a fun night out – for example rather go for sky diving than fine dining.
When you were little you wanted to be…
When I was little I always wanted to live in the woods and be a lumberjack and live far away from girls haha. Seriously!
Your biggest relationship deal breaker (or turn off) is…
If a girl talks bad about other girls. It’s a sign that she is insecure about herself. A confident woman is attractive.
What do you like to do for fun or to relax?
What do you like to do for fun or to relax? I enjoy wake boarding and playing golf, but golfing doesn’t always relax me.
If you could instantly download three skills or super powers like an app what would they be?
That would be amazing. I think I would pick flying, healing powers and mind reading.
Right now, what are you completely obsessed with?
At the moment I am obsessed with finishing my Playstation game, Mass Effect.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
That I am a true farm boy!
What are you most looking forward to this year?
Getting married in 2 months time! I can’t wait to see my wife-to-be walk down the isle. It’s going to be one of the most special days of my life.

Meat, and my friends.

Your Woman Crush Wednesday? My Fiancée – Louise Müller
Favourite holiday destination? Definitely Kraalbaai in Langebaan. I spend a lot of time there.
Favourite sportsman? Muhammad Ali – he’s just the greatest of all time!
Must have fashion accessory? A good pair of smart shoes! Dune London is my go-to. They are comfortable and stylish! I also got handmade silver cufflinks from Silvery, with my initials on them, which I think is pretty cool and every guy should get them.
Favourite drink? I enjoy a good glass of wine… Nederburg Wine – The Beautiful lady or The Motorcycle Marvel.
Favourite skincare range? Nimue skincare is my go-to. Plus my fiancee uses it too, so I just steal hers haha.
