Looking for something to do with the kids this Easter holidays? It’s time to drag them away from the TV and their smartphones because Funderland Festival has arrived in Cape Town! Taking place from 28 March to 7 April 2018, the fun-filled family festival is geared towards offering top-notch entertainment for the entire family – yes indeed, Funderland is the place to be during your Easter break!

With over 20 themed activity zones (like Dinos Alive, Into the Jungle, virtual reality gaming zones, and a Robotics Zone) as well as action and extreme sports, live local music, comedy, dancing and circus action performances, this festival is sure to impress even the fussiest teenagers. You’ll also have the chance to watch one of the country’s best illusionists and tricksters, Kyle Rinquest, in action and the Mzansi Music Talent search, will also take place at the festival.

Little ones will enjoy bopping around to their own entertainment stages and performances, and older children, who are more into technology and gaming can look forward to a number of activities hosted by the African Cyber Gaming League offering eSports games.

Plus, there are plenty of opportunities to learn at the festival too as Funderland’s awesome FunderBuddies (Owlbird Einstein, Harry the Heart, Amanzi and Koti Koti) will be there to share messages about things like reading, physical fitness, water and environmental conservation and recycling.
