Celebrate Heritage Day at the Franschhoek Uncorked Festival! [Event]

Uncorked Festival

We never really need a reason to visit Franschhoek but the Franschhoek Uncorked Festival taking place on 26 and 27 September is a pretty good one! This weekend, join Franschhoek as the wineries open their doors to guests all in celebration of Heritage Day and Braai 4 Heritage. And, what better way to celebrate your heritage than over a glass of wine paired with delicious food cooked over an open flame?

Besides delicious grub and wines, the festival is also a brilliant excuse to stock up on wine for the festive season. Don’t miss out on the special festival offerings which will see wine lovers walking away with their favourite wines at incredible prices. Participating wineries include Allèe Bleue, Anthonij Rupert Wyne, Black Elephant Vintners, Boschendal, Grande Provence, Leopards Leap Family Vineyards, Noble Hill, Rickety Bridge, Vrede en Lust and many more. Pop into the wineries for tasting and delicious bites to eat and revel in the joys of being South African.

Your Uncorked Weekend Pass, will set you back R120 per person, and allows you access to the participating farms as well as a complimentary tasting glass and free wine tastings. Tickets are available online from Webtickets.
