On the day, The Lookout will be brought to life with artisanal food stalls, live music, and of course, yummy G&Ts prepared by expert mixologists from around the country featuring Fitch & Leedes crafted tonics. Think timeless classic-flavoured mixers like Indian Tonic, Club Soda, Ginger Ale and Lemonade, as well as unique variants like Craft Cola, Bitter Lemon, Peach Lemonade and Spicy Ginger Beer.
