Delicious Teavana Teas Arrive in Starbucks South Africa
Tea lovers rejoice, a new range of teas has arrived in South Africa, just in time for winter. Well-known tea brand, Teavana is already available around the world in Starbucks stores, and now South Africans can enjoy the delicious range of hot and shaken iced teas right here on home soil. Here are all the details about Teavana coming to South African Starbucks stores.
The Teavana brand offers premium loose-leaf teas and herbal infusions, with everything from white and black to green, and flavoured teas in the range. The range available in South Africa at Starbucks stores will include six full leaf teas all of which will be brewed fresh for you in store.
The hot brew range includes English Breakfast (a handcrafted signature blend of Indian, Sri Lankan and Chinese black teas), Emperor’s Clouds & Mist (a Chinese pure green tea with light, toasty-sweet notes), Youthberry (a delicately sweet flavoured white tea with pineapple, mango and acai berry flavours), as well as herbal infusions such as Chamomile (a full-leaf herbal infusion combining subtle herbal and citrus notes of chamomile and lemon balm with floral aromas of rose petals), Mint Blend (a blend of botanicals from the United States and Paraguay), and Hibiscus (combining the juicy tartness of hibiscus and apple with citrusy lemongrass to create an intriguing base).
In addition to these hot brewed cups of joy, the menu will also include a range of Teavana shaken iced teas. There are three iced teas to choose from at the moment including Shaken Iced Green Tea, Iced Black Tea, and Iced Hibiscus Tea. If you’re on the go and want something light and refreshing then these are a great choice. If you’re not in a hurry then we suggest you stay a while and grab a seat at your favourite Starbucks and enjoy one of the many brewed teas along with a good book!
