CycleZone Launches ‘Women Only’ Cycling Sessions

Female cyclists rejoice, CycleZone in Rosebank, Johannesburg has launched a ‘women’s only’ cycling program and they’re inviting experienced cyclists and beginners to join in on the fun! Women’s cycling is growing faster than men’s cycling at the moment and the CycleZone’s new ‘Gear Up Girl’s sessions aim to take advantage of the increased interest by female cyclists with a training program decided just for them!
The unique sessions will offer women training sessions with a female cycling coach, a ‘women only’ environment where they can grow as cyclists, cycling fitness, dietary plan and monitoring, strength training, artisan coffee and a series of talks from Physiotherapists, exercise Physiologists, Dieticians, and conditioning trainers. We also love that you can track your progress on the program with testing sessions in the CycleZone performance lab.
CycleZone is currently offering free session of ‘Gear Up Girls’ to introduce the unique training program to women. The next free session is on Wednesday 25th March and includes time on the bike, coffee and talks from cycling specialists. From there on out the program will cost between R800-R1000 per month depending on which option you choose. It is recommended that members commit to 3 months in the program to reap the full benefits of the program.
