Spruce Up After Work Drinks with This Coffee Surprise Cocktail [Recipe]
This divine coffee indulgence will serve as the perfect pick-me-up after a hard day’s work. Invite friends and colleagues around to your place after work on a Friday and treat them to this wonderfully delicious drink made with coffee, hot chocolate powder and a dash of Amarula.
Amarula Coffee Surprise
Serves 4
Ingredients
120ml Amarula Cream
50ml whipped cream
20ml brown sugar
20ml hot chocolate powder
4 cups strong filter coffee
Glass: Martini/cocktail glasses
Method
Pour the coffee into the glasses in which a spoon had been inserted to avoid cracking. Pour about 15ml of the Amarula Cream into each coffee, followed by whipped cream and brown sugar. Sprinkle with hot chocolate powder and extra Amarula Cream.
