Clicks Launches Online Store!

Great news for fans of local retailer, Clicks, the national retail giant has just launched its online store. The newly launched online store will offer Clicks customers the opportunity to shop for all their beauty, health, toiletry, electrical, and homeware needs from the comfort of their own home. The Clicks online store launched at the end of May and with a wide range of affordable options the store is set to change the way South Africans shop for their monthly toiletry essentials.

The launch of the Clicks online store comes at a time when South African shoppers are becoming increasingly more comfortable with doing their shopping online. The opportunity to shop online will only give Clicks customers even greater convenience when shopping for the favourite beauty products from the retailer. And, with standard delivery fee set at just R50 per order (or free when you spend R300 or more), the appeal to do your monthly beauty shop online will be even greater. As for payment, customers can choose to pay via credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT) via PayU EFT Pro.

Once you’ve completed your order Clicks claims that your items will arrive between 3 – 5 working days from payment – not as quick as MRP’s 24-hour turn around time but still quite impressive! Of course, all purchases done online will still qualify for Clicks special offers and Clicks ClubCard points so there’s no need to worry about losing out on the rewards program. As for returns, there is no support for online returns at the moment and returns will still have to be done at your nearest Clicks store.
