Cherry Coke Has Arrived in South Africa!

Cherry Coke South Africa

I know we’re all supposed to be on this whole “sugar is the devil” trip right now but how can we be renouncing sugar when the holy grail of fizzy drinks is coming to South African shores? That’s right people, Cherry Coke has officially hit South African grocery store fridges and I am pee-my-pants excited about it! Now I know that select fancy-pants Spars have been peddling overpriced cans of Cherry Coke for years now but for those of us who don’t have the resources to splurge on overpriced fizzy drinks it’s a blessing to be able to pay normal Coke prices for this sweet treat. If you haven’t tried Cherry Coke yet then what are you waiting for? Do it, do it now! For those as excited as me check out the details of the launch below.

For this auspicious occasion, the great people over at Coca-Cola are teaming up with the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice™ movie (in cinemas from the 24th of March 2016) to give South Africans the chance to experience the combination of delicious Cola with a smooth cherry flavour in stores and at cinemas. If you haven’t tried it yet, then you can get your hands on a 500ml bottle of Cherry Coke at Pick ‘n Pay, Spar, Checkers, Game, Food Lovers Market or enjoy fountain Cherry Coke at select Ster Kinekor outlets. And, the great news is you can get the great, different taste for the same price as a regular Coke.

Coca-Cola are also giving Cherry Coke fans the chance to win an awesome Batman vs Superman hamper packed full of official merchandise, a set of Beats by Dre headphones and delicious Cherry Coke. All you’ll need to do is share your hero pose on Instagram or Twitter with the #CherryCokeHeroes. What’s more, you could stand a chance to win the grand prize of a life-size Batman or Superman statue!
