Win Tickets to ‘Bad Moms’ Screenings in Cape Town and Joburg! [Competition]

“I walk around like everything is fine, But, deep down inside my shoe, my sock is sliding off.” That’s right ladies, no one is perfect and while we all pretend to have it all figured out, almost none of us do. And now, there’s a film for all of us who are sick of pretending to be the perfect woman at home, work, or among our friends. From the writers of The Hangover, Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, comes another R-rated comedy, except this time, it’s all about the ladies. While the new comedy is called Bad Moms, it’s clear from the trailer that the film is gearing up to be an anthem for women everywhere.

The new film stars Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Christina Applegate and Jada Pinkett Smith and follows a trio of mothers, who decide that they’re fed up with pretending to be a Stepford mom and pretending that every waking moment of their lives and their kids’ lives is picture perfect. The moms decide to ignore all the bulls**t and pressure from other moms to be perfect and, of course, hilarity ensues. From accepting that you don’t have time to bake one hundred perfect cupcakes for tomorrow’s bake sale to realising that sometimes you just have to learn to relax a little, Bad Moms throws caution to the wind and lets women everywhere know that sometimes it’s ok to be a “bad mom”.
