Avon Launches Pop-Up Stores in South Africa
Love Avon? Now is your chance to get hands-on with a wide range of Avon products all in one place. The beauty and cosmetics brand is well known for its more personalised, consultant-only sales approach and now they’re taking it one step further by bringing some of the top Avon consultants to a mall near you with a series of Avon Pop-Up Shops across the country.
While these mini pop-up cosmetic stores are a great way to increase Avon’s accessibility and give new and old customers a chance to try and test a wide range of Avon products all at once, they’re also a great way for Avon to show support for female entrepreneurs.
The Avon pop-up shops provide Avon representatives with a platform to gain new followers and customers and interact with some of their existing customers in a different way. With female entrepreneurs consisting of less than 31% of all entrepreneurs in SA, Avon is working to encourage more women to enter the business sector.
The all-new pop-up stores are located in select malls, markets and business parks around Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban, and will continue moving locations in order to bring the concept to a wide audience. The Avon pop-up shop is currently at Canal Walk shopping centre until Sunday 28 October and will then move on to Blue Route Mall from 29 October-4 November, N1 City from 5-11 November, and Tyger Valley from 12-18 November.
After the Cape Town stint, the pop-up shop will hit Joburg and Pretoria at Fourways Mall from 30 November-2 December, Eastgate Mall from 3-9 December, Centurion Mall from 10-16 December, as well as Clearwater Mall from 17-24 December. The beauty shop will also be in Durban at Musgrave Shopping Centre from 3-9 December and Westwood Mall from 10-16 December.
Find the Avon Beauty Pop-up stores at local malls, markets and business parks around the country with select Avon products on shelf. All other items that are not at the Beauty Pop-up store can be ordered from the brochure and through a representative.
