Adele Performing in this Intimate Concert, Set in an Office, Proves She’s a Star of Note [Watch]

Adele is arguably one of the most powerful artists of a generation. Fans around the globe flock to see the British singer perform whenever she embarks on a live tour. But what’s better than watching Adele live in concert at a big arena? Watching her live in concert, in your damn office! This video of Adele performing live in an intimate, office concert might not be new to the internet, but it proves that not even a dull office cubicle can diminish her star power.
With intimate, exclusive performances from the likes of Hozier, Chance the Rapper, and, of course, Adele, NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts are a true revelation in the world of online music performances. The brainchild of NPR Music’s Bob Boilen (the performance space is still his actual desk), the series launched in 2008 and now boasts hundreds of performances from some of music’s biggest names. There are loads of performances to marvel at but, 8 years on, Adele’s Tiny Desk concert is still one of our favourites.
In a stripped-down three-song set at the NPR Music offices, the Grammy-winning U.K. pop star showcases her brilliant voice and seemingly effortless charisma. The set list includes Someone Like You, Chasing Pavements, and Rolling In The Deep, and the video is a must watch for any Adele fan.
