A Very Peculiar Picnic is Coming to Cape Town & Umhlanga [Event]
Summer is here which means it’s time to come out of hibernation and prepare for a diary filled with social events. There’s no better way to welcome the summer season than Hendrick’s Gin and a gloriously peculiar picnic. Following the success of the Joburg event, the exciting Hendrick’s Perfectly Peculiar Picnics event will now be moving on to Durban and Cape Town. A gin lover’s dream come true, this is one event you won’t want to miss this summer.
Taking place at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Umhlanga on Saturday, 30 November and The Mount Nelson, Cape Town on Saturday, 7 December, the Hendrick’s Gin Perfectly Peculiar Picnic Party offers guests the perfect way to escape the conventional.
Umhlanga revellers can expect a day of excitement by the seaside with performances by local DJs (including PH, ASVNTE, NAG, THUKZIN, Half & Half, Sokool, and Rude Boyz) while guests at the Mother’s City’s grand dame of hotels, The Mount Nelson will be treated to performances by Zinhle, J-Cue & Sibs, BlaqKongo, Tommy Gun, Half & Half, and more.
Guests will also be delighted with perfectly paired food menus, Flocking Fabulous Flamingo Dancers, a Baby Grand Piano Recital, and new Hendrick’s Gin summer cocktails (as well as bottle service).
What’s more, the day will also include loads of fun and pampering with Peculiar Lawn Games, the Hendrick’s Gin Curious Cucumber Lounge, Gin Pamper Stations (including complimentary hand and shoulder massages), and a glamorous vanity station to make sure you look your best all day long.
