Today, 23 August 2018, is International Burger Day! There are loads of days dedicated to all sorts of mundane things but, International Burger Day? Now that’s something worth celebrating. With tons of varieties, toppings and patties, it’s no wonder that burgers are a firm food favourite around the world and it is no surprise that there’s an entire day dedicated to them. Hudsons, The Burger Joint – multiple branches

With branches in Gardens, Claremont, Stellenbosch, Greenpoint and Parkhurst, Hudsons is a Cape Town classic. Try their unique burger creations with options for carnivores, vegetarians and vegans! Royale Eatery – CBD

This famed Long Street burger joint has been in action since 2003 and the burgers are still held in high regard by Capetonians.
